Hello, I’m Heather Dempsey-Gade. I have had an interest in the spa industry since childhood. Over 14 years ago I began turning this interest into my career. I have been privileged to work with many talented hairdressers, nail technicians, massage therapists and estheticians throughout the years. I valued the knowledge I could gain from listening to each and every one of them. I learned what staff expected from their salon/spa owner and I respected what the owners expected from his or her staff.
As for the clients I have met, I have appreciated every single time a client schedules an appointment with me whether it be their first appointment with me or the 400th. I have treated each appointment as if it was my only chance to make my best first impression. I am grateful our clients choose to spend their time with us!
With the experiences I had accumulated and the knowledge I had gathered over the years, there were still aspects of the business I thought were overlooked. I had a vision of creating a more positive work environment for technicians, an unforgettable spa experience for our clients while using products that benefit both. This vision materialized into the face & Body spa over 8 years ago.
The face & Body spa consists of unbelievably talented, knowledge craving individuals that work as a tight knit family. Each of us seeks out growth and improvement on a daily basis. The quality of service we all provide is equal to the warmth that welcomes our clients back. We work together to ensure that our clients are treated as the true individuals they are.
