Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide each of our clients with such personal service that no shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. A credit card # will hold all reservations. A full fee will be charged to your account for missed appointments. 50% of treatment cost will be billed to your account with less than: 24 hours notice of cancellation on single services and 48 hours notice of cancellation for multiple services. Gift certificates will be reduced in this manner: Certificates will be null and void for missed appointments. 50% will be deducted for less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
