Policies & Questions

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to appointment time. This will ensure we will have all the time needed to go over any questions, concerns, specific needs & medical conditions. This time will also give you an opportunity to begin relaxing before treatments are started; allowing you the chance to enjoy every second of pampering.  We regret late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fee/s.

Communication: It is important for your experience to be perfect to have open communication during treatments. We have considered many details when designing treatment protocol. But each client is so unique and may have different preferences. We all wish we could read minds, that would be amazing! But since we cannot, it is your responsibility to communicate likes and dislikes through out your treatments.

Allergies/Medical Conditions: Please bring any allergies to the attention of your technician each visit, even if you have already included this in your client information.

Cell Phones: To ensure a relaxing environment for each client, we ask that cell phones be turned off or on silent.

Children: Although we love children, many of our clients are here to enjoy a mini vacation. Since children's moods are unpredictable and we feel a child's laughter should never be quieted, we ask that you please plan your visit at a time you can be away without them.

Gift Cards: Our Gift cards are beautifully presented and can be purchased for any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are valid one year from date of purchase.

Gratuity/Tip: Being a service oriented business, gratuities are always appreciated.
We are unable to charge gratuity on credit cards.
Gratuities can be accepted in cash or by check.

Guarantee: Services will be guaranteed without charge within one week of service if the client is experiencing challenges and is using our product exclusively.  No cash refunds.

Personal Belongings: We will gladly carry your personal belongings with you into each treatment area as you enjoy relaxing in our spa. However, we do recommend that you leave valuables at home, we are not responsible for personal items left or that may become lost.

Returns: Credit will be given on most merchandise from the Spa, Hair Studio and Boutique within 14 days of purchase; unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept items of opened/unsealed merchandise. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY. A credit will be applied towards future product purchases. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Spa Attire: We will provide any spa attire that is suited for each service. During massage, body treatments and facials, you will always have proper draping of sheets, no parts of the body will be unnecessarily be exposed.

Cancellation Policy: We strive to provide each of our clients with such personal service that no shows and cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy.
A credit card # or deposit will hold all reservations.
A full fee will be charged to your account for missed appointments.
50% of treatment cost will be billed to your account with less than
48 hours notice of cancellation.
Gift certificates will be reduced in this manner:
Certificates will be null and void with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or for missed appointments.
