Spa Biography

Having an interest in the spa industry since childhood, in 1993, Heather began turning this interest into her career. She felt privileged to work with many talented hairdressers, nail technicians, massage therapists and estheticians throughout the years and valued the knowledge that could be gained from listening to each and every one of them. She learned what staff expected from their salon/spa owner and respected what the owners expected from his or her staff.

With the experiences and the knowledge accumulated over the years, there were still aspects of the business Heather felt were overlooked by other salons/spas.  Having a vision of a more positive work environment for technicians, creating an unforgettable spa experience for clients, while using products that benefit both and that are not harmful to the environment - in 1999 The Face & Body Spa began.

Heather has always appreciated every appointment a client schedules with her, whether it be their first appointment with or the 400th. Each appointment, treated as if it was her only chance to make the best first impression.  This feeling is shared by all of the staff; Always grateful for the time clients spend with them.

The Face & Body Spa consists of unbelievably talented, knowledge craving individuals that work as a tight knit family. Each seeking out growth and improvement on a daily basis. The Face & Body Spa clients and the charming spa are nurtured by technicians that share the same beliefs and goals. The quality of service  provided is equal to the warmth that welcomes their clients back. FBspa staff works together to ensure that our clients are treated as the true individuals they are.
